He’s a womanizer. He’s cocky. He’s not exactly a prince. Only he technically is. Meet your new royal obsession in this addictive novel from New York Times bestselling author Tracy Wolff.
Being rich opens a lot of doors. When you’re rich and royal, those doors lead to a new bedroom every night. I should know. The tabloids call me His Royal Hotness, Prince Kian of Wildemar. Women across the world see me as a naughty fairy tale, an image I’m happy to indulge. As the spare to the heir, I’m the prince with none of the power . . . and all of the perks.
Then my twin brother is kidnapped, and suddenly I’m the one who could be king. The crown chasers start circling—and yet it’s a luscious waitress who catches my eye. With a smart mouth and the curves to back it up, Savannah Breslin is as brazen as I’d expect an American commoner to be.
But Savvy’s not interested in playing Cinderella. As sexy as she is, she’s no stranger to heartbreak. Besides, a nice guy wouldn’t drag her into all the drama that comes along with royalty. Lucky I’m not a nice guy. And, as it turns out, I might not even be her first prince. . . .

Okay who is a fan of The Royals on E! I am! I actually got hooked on it from Amazon prime (that dang amazon prime shows!) Ever since I binged watched it I have been hooked. If you have not watched the show don’t be alarmed it is okay. This book is a great intro to some of the main concept of what occurs in the show.
One of the main points is that the family of royals has two sons and the eldest goes missing. In this story he is kidnapped, and his twin brother has to take on the role of the crown prince. Another similarity is the younger brother “hooking up” or begins to have a relationship with the brother ex-girlfriend. Now that is pretty much were the similarities end. Now that I have gotten that out of the way lets discuss this fun steamy read.
Savvy doesn’t want to get mixed up with the royal family again. She has been burned once already and that was enough to shatter her. Now getting mixed up with Prince Kian isn’t going to turn out right, regardless of the steamy attraction and chemistry the two share.
Kian is trying to keep his head on straight. With his elder (fraternal) twin brother missing he has to step up and take charge as the possible (and most likely) heir to the crown. The job he does not want. While attending a royal function one of the waitresses saves him from a very uncomfortable situation. That waitress catches his eye and he now must find out who she is.
Once these two begin their tug-of-war relationship it becomes passionate and scary. Savvy is scared to tell Kian the truth of everything she knows and has been through with the royal family. While Kian is nervous to bring Savvy into his crazy life.
These two are a mess individual and an explosion together. They have steam coming off the pages.
I was thrown for some curvy balls in this story.
Things I didn’t see coming, which made it all that much more enjoyable.
I give the book a 4 I liked it, it was hot, interesting, and fun all warped up in a royal bow package.
